The Alianta Conversations series presented a unique challenge in the realm of multimedia content delivery, promotion, and design, and we are proud to have been part of this pioneering venture.

Our core task was to handle the live streaming of the series across multiple platforms. Ensuring a seamless and simultaneous broadcast across platforms like Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and Instagram Live required precise planning, robust technology, and skilled execution. The streams were managed through a centralized dashboard, which allowed for real-time monitoring, engagement tracking, and immediate troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and interactive viewer experience.

We also had the responsibility of promoting the Alianta Conversations series to the widest possible audience. Leveraging the power of both organic and paid social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, and content SEO, we ensured the series reached not only the existing followers of Alianta but also a broader audience interested in Romanian culture, policy, and global outreach.

The graphic design for the series was centered around creating a visual identity that resonated with the seriousness of the conversations while maintaining an inviting and accessible feel. The chosen design consisted of a clean, minimalist layout, featuring the Alianta logo, complemented by an iconic, simple graphic element symbolizing dialogue. This motif was consistently used across all promotional materials, providing a recognizable visual identity for the series.

The colors for the design were chosen to reflect the Alianta brand, creating a sense of trust and authority, and ensuring the design would stand out in various digital environments. We developed a series of templates to be used for different types of promotional materials, from social media posts to email headers, providing a coherent and uniform look across platforms.
